Based on the statement:
"Writing in a daily basis is
the most effective way to improve a writing skill.” ~Henry Carvajal
Writing is
a such relevant way of communication nowadays. Most people only think of
communication as primarily speaking and listening. Recent studies
consider that writing is the most structuralized and ideal bridge for effective
human interaction. “You
are what you write” says Natalie Canavor, author of Business Business Writing
in the Digital Age. So, it would not be an exaggeration to say that good
writing skills are the bedrock of good communication these days, and definitely
there is no doubt that better grammar is largely a matter of practice. Good
writers write everytime and everywhere. Good writers are inmerse in literature,
spend long periods converging in good puntuaction, parts of speech,
nominalizations, artfully arrangements, experimenting, exercising. Ernest Hemingway, one of the
greatest worldwide writers, used to spend many hours in the morning writing
essays, and short tests. Hence, more time writing, better writing skills and
ensure better impressions of you. Even more if your job and career
involves writing. In this way, according to the National Association
of Colleges and Employers, 73.4% of employers not only prefer candidates
with high leadership skills but powerful and cleaver written communication
skills. Other authors as Jason Fried, founder of Inc. Columnist claim that“If you are
trying to decide among a few people to fill a position, hire the best writer.
His or her writing skills will pay off” In other
words, good grammar
writing signifies deep critical thinking skills, credibility and
intellectuallity in which all of them are part of an integral communication.
In brief, it is not enough to know how to read or listen to people,
if you characterize yourself as a caring, flexible and tolerant person or if
you consider yourself smarter than everyone around you. Therefore, knowing how
to write and write well is worth much more today and becoming an excellent
writer requires great moments of analytical reading, serious, careful and
demanding. So
writing is one of the powerful reasons that make us live today in a
totally competitive and narrow world
as long as we the art of writing is harvested day after day with
discipline, education, training and motivation and becomes an element to
compete, to innovate, to create, to solve conflicts, and especially, to become
social leaders in our homes, companies and institutions to which we all
belong.
